Truth: You can tested their wands with an ion meter and will get a reading of between 500-1000 negative ions. Quarts does not emit negative ions, basically the only way to get this result is to use a ionic material and the results they get are typical of the nano wands from China.
This makes it very clear they do not do their own manufacturing as they don’t even know what their wand is made of.
